Calm, intentional, personal. Whether in motion or in stillness, we create space to slow down, ask better questions, and examine what may already be present but unspoken.

Insight emerges through attention, responsibility, and honest inquiry.

This format allows for deeper exploration and steady momentum over time.

Weekly sessions create continuity, giving space for insights to surface gradually and integrate between meetings.

FAQs

  • Walking coaching is simply coaching that happens in motion rather than sitting across from each other in a room. There’s something about walking side-by-side that tends to soften the body, settle the nervous system, and allow for a more honest kind of conversation. It often feels less performative and more natural. The coaching itself remains focused and intentional — the walking just creates a different environment for insight to emerge.

  • No. In fact, many people reach out when life looks relatively fine from the outside but something internally feels off. They may be functioning well, succeeding professionally, or doing what is expected of them — and still sense a quiet misalignment. This work is for those moments too.

  • Often it’s a decision, a transition, a recurring pattern, or a general sense that something in life is no longer fitting the way it once did. That might relate to work, relationships, purpose, identity, or the tension between who you are and who you’ve learned to be. Sometimes clients come with a clear question. Sometimes they just know something needs to be examined more honestly. Both are welcome.

  • Most of my work takes place in person in San Diego, often along the Mission Bay path in Crown Point. That said, I do offer virtual sessions when needed. The heart of the work is not dependent on the format — it’s the quality of attention, inquiry, and honesty that matters most. Walking is one way into that, but it is not the only one.

  • You can expect a conversation that is thoughtful, direct, and grounded. I’ll ask questions intended to help surface what may already be present but unspoken, and I may challenge certain assumptions or narratives when appropriate. My role is not to fix you, rescue you, or hand you a blueprint. It is to help create the conditions in which clarity becomes more available — and then support you in responding to it responsibly.

  • A single session can be helpful if you want clarity around one specific issue or simply want to get a feel for the work. A package makes more sense when there is something deeper unfolding — a pattern, transition, or season of life that deserves sustained attention. Real change often requires more than one good conversation. It takes time to notice what repeats, integrate what becomes clear, and move differently.

  • No. Coaching and therapy are not the same, and I do not position this work as a substitute for mental health treatment. Therapy often focuses on diagnosis, healing past wounds, or treating psychological distress. My work is more oriented toward awareness, responsibility, alignment, and forward movement. If a client needs support outside my scope, I’ll say so directly.
