Walking coaching session along Mission Bay in San Diego

Align Inward.

Move Forward.

We can sense when we’re adrift from our path.

Here, we create the space to acknowledge it — and the permission to alter course.

Your Coach

I believe every person carries an internal compass — an intuition, a deep inner knowing about what is aligned and what is not. The problem is rarely a lack of answers. It’s noise. Conditioning. Fear. External expectations.

My role is not to tell you who to be. My role is to create the kind of space where you can hear yourself again. Through open and vulnerable dialogue — walking side-by-side — we slow things down. We ask better questions. We listen to your body. We notice patterns. We challenge narratives that no longer serve you. Over time, you begin to trust your own insight.

Lasting transformation does not come from being given answers. It comes from remembering they were already within you.

If you feel successful but off — if your body is speaking and you don’t fully understand the language yet — if you sense you’re meant for something more aligned but can’t quite name it — you’re not broken.

You may simply be ready to listen more closely.

My philosophy is simple: you already know.‍

The Approach

Most of us don’t need more advice. We need perspective.

As the Walking Coach, our work happens in motion — most often along the Mission Bay path in Crown Point. We walk side-by-side, not across a desk. There’s something different about thinking while moving. The body softens. The nervous system settles. Conversation becomes more honest, less performative.

This isn’t virtual coaching. It isn’t office therapy. It’s grounded, human, and embodied.

As we walk, we examine the patterns shaping your decisions — inherited expectations, identity roles, stress responses, avoidance loops. I ask questions designed to surface what may already be present but unspoken. Insight cannot be forced, and clarity cannot be handed over. It emerges through attention, vulnerability, and responsibility.

My role is not to fix you or promise change. It is to facilitate inquiry, offer perspective, and challenge you respectfully when needed. The work requires participation. The direction comes from you.

Is Coaching for You

I work with thoughtful, high-functioning individuals who sense something is off — even when things look successful from the outside. People who are ready to slow down, look inward honestly, and take responsibility for the direction of their lives.

The kind of people who:

• Can feel when they’re drifting from their path — even if they haven’t said it out loud

• Value growth, but are no longer interested in surface-level motivation

• Are willing to practice vulnerability as a strength, not a weakness

• Want their work, relationships, and daily life to reflect their deeper values

• Know they’re capable of more alignment — and are ready to examine what’s in the way

• Understand that clarity requires participation, not passivity

• Are prepared to take action once insight becomes clear

This work is not for those looking to be fixed, rescued, or given a blueprint.

It is for those willing to examine what’s true — and move accordingly.

“The privilege of a lifetime is to become who you truly are.”
